WHITE JELL

The product comes from partial hydrolysis of connective tissues of animal origin.

Composition: Fish gelatin.

Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.

Applications

This product is used for the fining of white, red and rosé wines, and is particularly appropriate to remove the bitter tannin fraction that causes the wine to be astringent. Effective in enhancing the clarifying and fining effect of bentonite.

Dissolve in hot water at 50°C, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use.

Suggested doses: from 1 to 10 g/hl.
