Protecting and redox agent for grapes and musts.

Composition: Gall tannins and tannins of vegetable origin, potassium metabisulphite 10%, L-ascorbic acid 4%, smectites and delaying aggregates.

Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.

Applications

Add the product as is sprinkling it manually in the early phases of grape processing. Do not dilute, it should be spread uniformly as a powder. For botrytised grapes, add the product directly on the grapes and let it act for 20 minutes before pressing.

Suggested doses: from 50 to 150 g/q.

Shelf Life

Details:

> Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

> Shelf life of a sealed package: 5 years.

>It protects aromatic precursors in white berry grapes
>It has a strong disinfectant action on botrytised grapes, with an inactivating effect on the oxidase enzymes (laccases)

> Recommended for mechanical harvesting of grapes and when there are long delays between harvesting and pressing.
