Antioxidant product that replaces sulphur dioxide. To be used for oxidation issues and to avoid premature wine ageing.

Composition: Mix of hydrolisable tannins and condensates of vegetable origin.

Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.

Applications

Natural product with a reducing and protective action of primary and secondary aromas. To be used in white, red and rosé wines in the post-fermentation and fining phases. Also recommended to eliminate oxidised notes from wines aged in wooden casks and to strengthen the grape-specific aroma.

Suggested doses: 3 to 15 g/hl, according to the type of wine and the purpose of use.

Dissolve in water at a temperature of 40-50°C, stirring actively, at the moment of use.
