
SEEDTAN
Proanthocyanidin tannin suitable for red wine colour stabilisation.
Composition: Special grape skin and seed tannin, extracted from Lambrusco grapes.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
Its use is suggested to stabilise the colour of red wines; it is used mainly during the tumultuous phase of fermentation and at the moment of devatting, before the start of the malolactic phase. Dissolve in hot water, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use. Recommended doses: 10 to 20 g/hl in fermenting musts after the 2° day; 10 to 15 g/hl at devatting.
