
RETINEX GEL
Stabilizer for tartaric precipitation.
Composition: Mix of polysaccharides, mannoproteins, and cellulose ethyl ether.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. CE n.606/2009
Applications
The product should be used in protein-stabilized wines.
Application: dilute in wine and add to the mass pumping over or in post-filtration with a doser.
Dosage: 100-150 g/hL. The exact dosage can be calculated based on potassium and calcium concentrations or on conductometric analysis.
White wines can be easily filtered after 3 days, red wines after 30 days from the treatment.
If needed can be added one hour before bottling.
