
REDPOOL
Anthocyan extractor and stabiliser during the maceration of red grapes musts.
Composition: Proanthocyanidinic and gall tannins, potassium metabisulphite 5%, aggregates.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
This formula is designed to have a considerable acid-extraction and stabilisation power on phenolic substances. It promotes the reduction of maceration times; anthocyanidins and pigments extraction in general is increased by 20-25% on average as against classic maceration. The product must be added as is, sprinkling it manually starting from the second day of maceration, 2-6 hours before each racking, especially in the first three days.
Recommended dose: 50 to 150 g/q of mass.ssa.
