Tannins and catechins from oriental Acacia.
Composition: Non-hydrolyzable tannins, catechins, epicatechins, epigallocatechins, epigallocatechin gallate.

Applications
In white wines gives structure with no bitter nuances. It has a significant antioxidant action because reacts with glutathione. In red whines stabilized the colour because prevents anthocyans precipitation. Increases the body in particular in passito wine and amarone wine. Prevents the time course of anthocyans oxidation.
Suggested dose:
White wine 1-5 g/hl
Red wine 2-10 gr/hl
Disperse in lukewarm water or wine 1:10 right before use

Details:
> Keep cool and dry, avoid direct sunlight
> Shelf life before opening the package: 5 years.
