Protecting and redox agent for grapes and musts.

Composition: This is a selection of polyphenolic substances of vegetable origin.

Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.

Applications

It replaces sulphur dioxide in the early phases of grape processing, including in the presence of mildew.

Add the product as is, sprinkling it manually. Do not dilute, it should be spread uniformly as a powder. For botrytised grapes, add the product directly on the grapes and let it act for 20 minutes before pressing.

Suggested doses: from 100 to 150 g/q.

>It protects aromatic precursors
>It stimulates yeast to produce less volatile acidity
>It has a strong disinfectant action on botrytised grapes, with a dehydrating effect on the mycelium and an inactivating one on the oxidase enzymes (laccases)
> Recommended for mechanical harvesting of grapes and when there are large delays between harvesting and pressing
>This product is appropriate for SO2-free winemaking.
