Completely natural product, an excellent fermentation starter, and non-foaming.
Composition: Concentrated mix of autolysate and cytoplasm obtained from yeast.
For oenological professional use EC Reg. n.606/2009
Applications
Recommended use: during the adaptation phase of the yeast and the yeast reproduction phase in order to allow fast colonization of the must and improve the assimilation of nitrogen. Can substitute all the traditional chemical activators (ammonium sulfate, diammonium phosphate, syntetic thiamine chlorhydrate)
Suggested dosage: 5 a 30 g/hl, mix directly in the must.
