Animal protein fining agent.
Composition: Animal gelatin

Applications
Eliminates tannins that confer bitter taste to the wine specially in red wines with long maceration process. Can be also applied in white wines where it increases the fining power of other fining agents, speeding up the sedimentation process. OROGEL combined con KING JELL optimizes the clarification process in pectins and tannins-rich wines.
Dissolved in water at 70° C, rate 1:10, one hour before use.
Suggested dosage:5-25 g/hl.
