
L-YEAST
Yeast special nutrient obtained from complete yeast autolysis. Supplies yeasts with a perfectly balanced nutrition along the whole fermentation process.
Composition: Combination of yeast autolysate and diammonium phosphate.
For professional oenological use only – Reg. CE n.606/2009.
Applications
Gradual bioavailability of nitrogen and aminoacids. Prevents stuck fermentation and allows a complete sugar transformation.
Suggested dosage: 30-100 gr/hl.
Preparation
The product is in cream form, does not need to be diluted before use. Add to the starter must or at the begining of the fermentation, can be associated with Biostimol Liquid and/or Lysopol.
Use: dilute in must or wine in the proportion 1:5 right before use, then add to the mass during pumping over or with a Ventury tube.
Shelf Life
Details:
> Store in a dry place, at T < 18°C, avoid direct sunlight
> Shelf-life of the sealed container: 2 years.
