Activated granular bentonite, powder free, easily dispersible with high colloidal capacity and clarification yield.
Composition: Pure montmorillonite 95% activated with a patented process.
For oenological professional use EC Reg. n.606/2009
Applications
Disperse in lukewarm water 1:10 – 1:15 for 1-2 hours mixing occasionally. Add slowly to the mass with the Venturi tube.
Reccomended dosage: 5 to 100 g/hl depending on the protein instabilty level.
