
ECLATAN
Proantocyanidin tannin to be used for red wine making, especially recommended for its antioxidant and colour stabilisation properties.
Composition: Hydrolisable and condensed tannins with low molecular weight.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
To be used to improve the structure of red wines and stabilise the colour. Gives a yellow colour to white wines.
Suggested doses: from 5 to 10 g/hl. Dissolve in hot water, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use.
