Yeast fermentation metabolism biostimulator.
Composition: Yeast autolysate, amino acids and vitamins of biological origin.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
The product must be mixed directly in must or in wine to be added during the fermentation phase. Must analysis is recommended, in order to identify the correct dose to be used.
Suggested doses: from 5 to 40 g/hl.
