This is an entirely natural compound, with an energetic and detox effect for alcoholic fermentation.

Composition: Pure yeast cytoplasm

Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009

Applications

This product is to be used in the early phases of alcoholic fermentation.

The product must be mixed directly in must or in wine to be added.

Suggested doses: from 5 to 40 g/hl.
