
BIOLEVULIN
Yeast nourishment composed of Saccharomyces cerevisiae autolysate. Pure, with no ammonium salts, it is a natural replacement for them.
Composition: Yeast walls and yeast autolysate.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
Add 5 to 40 g/hl together with yeast; or in the initial phases of fermentation. Especially recommended during the yeast acclimatisation phase. The product must be mixed directly in must or in wine to be added.
