Extracts and stabilizes anthocyanes from red grapes during the maceration process.
Composition: Proanthocyanidis and gall tannins, inerts.
For professional oenological use only – Reg. CE n.606/2009.
Applications
The product composition has been optimized in order to achieve an effective acid-extraction and fixing power on phenols, particular application in sulphite-free wines.
Scatter the product on the grapes skin, 2 hours before every pumping over, for 3/6 times.
Suggested dosage: 100-150 g/q.
