Applications
Especially suitable for fresh and fruity white wines (Prosecco, Greco, Fiano, Pinot Bianco, Trebbiano, Ribolla, Friulano, Garganega, etc.). Recommended, together with Atecrem 14H, for the production of Prosecco, Moscato and aromatic sparkling wines.
Suggested doses: 20 g/hl.
Preparation
Follow the instructions in:
> “Atecrem yeasts general instructions” (Supplement A)
> “Starter must /leaven general protocol for musts and partially fermented wines” (Supplement B)
> “Secondary fermentation general protocol: autoclave refermentation” (Supplement D).
