AGER

Antioxidant product that replaces sulphur dioxide; it is obtained from the extraction of epicatechinic-type tannins of vegetable origin.
This is a natural solution to the issue of oxidation and early aging of wine.

Composition: Mix of tannins of vegetable origin.

Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.

Applications

2 to 10 cc/hl diluted in wine at the moment of use, after the end-of fermentation racking, as a reduction agent, to improve lysis without using sulphur dioxide.

During the storage and aging period: 5cc/hl to be dissolved directly in wine, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use.
