
GLICOTAN
Medium molecular weight tannin to be used for red winemaking, especially recommended for its antioxidant and colour stabilisation properties.
Composition: Proanthocyanidin tannin of vegetable origin.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
This product has antioxidant properties that help stabilise the colour. It is a sweet tannin, especially suitable for post-fermentation fining, when it helps preserve the wine varietal characteristics. Recommended dose: 5 to 10 g/hl; dissolve in hot water, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use.
