
CASTANO
Natural, pyrogallic extract made of highly select tannins.
Composition: Chestnut and oak tannins.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
It replaces sulphur dioxide in the treatment of mouldy grapes.
Its use is recommended in early musts, for its antioxidant and antimicrobial action.
Suggested doses: from 5 to 40 g/hl.
