Tannin from green tea with strong reducing and antioxidant property.

Composition: Catechinic tannins from green tea.

For professional oenological use only.

Applications

This tannin has a strong reducing action and is especially suitable as antioxidant in the wine-making and fining over fine lees phases; it is an excellent replacement for sulphur dioxide.

Enhances floral scents during wine aging over fine lees.

Recommended dose: 1 to 15 g/hl; dissolve in hot water, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use.
