BIOREG ECO ROM
This product is a nitrogenous fermentation regulator, thiamine-enriched, that helps streamline the nitrogen requirements of yeasts.
Composition: Ammonium sulphate, thiamine and other Group B vitamins.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
It has a nourishing action in both primary and secondary fermentations. It is especially appropriate for low temperature re-fermentation. Dissolve in wine, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use.
Suggested doses: from 30 to 30 g/hl.
