Natural regulator of yeast fermentation metabolism.
Composition: Yeast nucleus extract.
Product for professional use in oenology – Reg. EC n. 606/2009.
Applications
Vitamin supplement for yeasts: it regulates the metabolism of yeasts, preventing stops and deviations.
It must be dissolved in must or wine, in a 1:10 proportion, at the moment of use, or, if earlier, not more than one hour in advance.
Suggested doses: from 5 to 40 g/hl.
