MAXIVIS
Special nutrient for yeast, based on autolysate made from partial and total lysis with sequential method. Provides an equilibrate nutritional profile for the entire fermentation process.
Composition: Yeast nutrient obtained by combination of yeast autolysate, yeast partially lysated and diammonium phosphate.
For oenological professional use EC Reg. n.606/2009
Applications
Nitrogen and vitamins are easily and gradually assimilated therefore all dosage can be added at the beginning of the fermentation in the must-yeast inoculum (wine suspension).
Suggested dosage: 30-100 g/hl.
Preparation
The product is as a cream and does not need to be diluted; add during the must inoculum with yeast or at the beginning of fermentation. Can be associated with Biostimol liquid and/or Lysopol.
Use: dilute 1:5 with must or wine just before use, add to the mass and mix “pumping over”. Can be also added without dilution using the Venturi tube.
