Lysopol

Lysopol

Natural stimulant and regulator of the fermentation metabolism of yeasts, derived from cream yeast by lysis. High quality product characterised by a high B group vitamins content.

Composition: Autolysate produced with a particular mix of selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae and bayanus yeasts.

Product for oenological professional use Reg. EC n. 606/2009

Applications

Recommended to enhance the yeast reproductive and fermentation phases. It is a valid replacement for the addition of ammonium salts and thiamine of synthetic origin.

During the yeast acclimatisation phase or during the first phase of fermentation (development of the first 3 alcohol degrees) it reduces fermentation time, including in stress situations (low temperatures, high sugar content, presence of mildew, etc.).

Suggested doses: from 30 to 50 g/hl.

Preparation

This is a liquid, slightly creamy product that does not require dilution; it can be used as is in must or wine.
