Specific yeast nutrient that provides a perfectly balanced nutrition over the whole fermentation process.

Composition: Specific yeast nutrient.

For oenological professional use EC Reg. n.606/2009

Applications

Progressive bioavailability of amino acidic nitrogen and vitamins. Prevents block fermentations and guarantees the completed conversion of all sugars.

Suggested dosage: 30-100 g/hl.

Preparation

The product is as a cream and does not need to be diluted; add during the must inoculum with yeast or at the beginning of fermentation.

Use: dilute 1:5 with must or wine just before use, add to the mass and mix “pumping over”. Can be also added without dilution using the Venturi tube.

Shelf Life
