Applications
This strain is especially appropriate for aromatic white wines (Sauvignon, Traminer, Prosecco, Muscat, Müller Thurgau, etc.). It is excellent for sparkling wine production processes, with both the Charmat and the classic methods.
If used for the production of Chardonnay, Pinot, Garganega and white wines in general, it conveys a very intense exotic fruit aroma. If associated with the Atecrem 1H strain it creates a unique scent synergy, very fine and with an excellent balance of aromas. The best results are obtained in association with the Lysopol, Probios or Proteofast products.
Suggested doses: 20 g/hl.
